What is a Smart Cycler? This is a Battery Rapid Charging / Discharging Performance Inspection System for Electric Vehicles, and the Inspection must be Performed before Shipping Battery cells.
The Cycler can Carry out Battery Load Testing in the Real Driving Environment.
A Battery of an Electric Vehicle Generates Rapid Current (Approx. 400A ~ 600A) Discharging During Instantaneous Acceleration, and Regular Cyclers can not Perform Rapid Charging / Discharging Inspection in such an Environment (1ms or less).
